Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Treasury)

Location: Chakala, Andheri (Mumbai)

Qualification: CA (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 2 years

[Candidates must be from Large to Mid-Size Company || Consultancy Firms (Account&Finance)]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead treasury and fund management, ensuring availability of funds for operational and strategic requirements.
  • Monitor daily cash flows, manage payment obligations, and optimize liquidity.
  • Handle treasury operations including investment schedules, deployment of surplus funds, and foreign exchange transactions.
  • Strengthen banking relationships to support current and future business requirements.
  • Oversee direct and indirect taxation including TDS/GST compliance, returns filing, and audit support.
  • Coordinate internal and statutory audits ensuring timely closures and compliance.
  • Prepare fundraising proposals and liaise with banks, NBFCs, and financial advisors to secure credit lines and facilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations for budgeting, corporate accounting, and MIS reporting.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in treasury management, fund raising, and corporate finance operations.
  • Exposure to foreign exchange regulations and banking transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
