About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong academic foundation from IIM (or equivalent) and proven experience in creative/digital/marketing agencies. This role demands someone who can strategize and lead business growth, while also being hands-on with sales calls, client pitches, and closures.
The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with execution — building new client relationships, driving revenue targets, and managing a small team of executives to deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across branding, digital marketing, design, and IT services.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Represent the agency at networking events, client meetings, and industry forums.
• Build CXO-level relationships with decision-makers in mid to large enterprises.
Strategy & Growth
• Develop and execute growth strategies, sales playbooks, and go-to-market plans.
• Forecast sales pipelines and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with leadership on positioning, pricing, and strategic partnerships.
Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a small sales/business development team.
• Set clear targets and performance metrics, monitor progress, and coach team members.
• Create a performance-driven, high-energy sales culture.

Requirements
• MBA/PGDM from IIM (or equivalent tier-1 B-school).
• 3–7 years of business development experience, preferably in a creative, marketing, or IT services agency.
• Strong network and ability to build senior client relationships.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Experience in managing sales teams and developing business strategies.
