About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate all phases of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of construction experience, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Prepare progress reports and project documentation.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of construction experience (commercial, residential, or both).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety practices.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
