We're looking for a meticulous and cricket-passionate Content Moderator to ensure our In-App generated content enhances community safety, engagement, and authenticity. We're committed to delivering an all-in-one digital platform where cricket fans—casual and hardcore—connect with high-quality global cricket news, analysis, match hubs, quizzes, and entertaining stories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate In-App generated content (comments, posts, images, live chats) across our platforms.
  • Maintain a cricket-centric lens: use your familiarity with formats (Test, ODI, T20), tournaments, players, and fan culture to contextualize and judge content effectively.
  • Assist in planning, creating, and posting content across Apps, Social Media.
  • Track and report on key social media metrics and audience engagement.
  • Research trending topics, formats, and viral cricket moments to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Pitch creative ideas for reels, story formats, and community engagement campaigns.
  • Partner with editorial, social media, and product teams to refine content — leaning on insights from real-time fan trends.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience in social media or In-App content creation, ideation and publishing.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or social media oversight.
  • Strong communication skills and a creative, humorous approach.
  • Willingness to be flexible and available during match times, including evenings or weekends, when needed.
