Job Description:

We are hiring Sinhala Language Experts for a Content Moderation profile. The role requires excellent proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Sinhala, along with good communication in English. You will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing online content to maintain a safe digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and moderate user-generated content in Sinhala.
  • Ensure content complies with community guidelines and platform policies.
  • Identify and escalate sensitive or inappropriate content.
  • Deliver high accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Sinhala (Read, Write & Speak)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Prior content moderation / BPO experience is a plus
  • Immediate joiners preferred
