We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Content Moderator to join our team. You will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with our community guidelines, legal regulations, and brand standards. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and positive online environment for our users.

  • Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video, and audio) to ensure it adheres to platform guidelines and community standards.

  • Identify trends and flag potential risks or emerging issues to relevant teams.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing content.
  • Work closely with legal, trust & safety, and customer support teams when necessary.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve moderation workflows and policies.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies used in content moderation or automation tools.

  • Ability to read and write fluently in multiple languages (especially English + [Insert other languages if applicable]).
  • Knowledge of data privacy, platform-specific guidelines, or industry-specific regulations.
  • Convent schooling will be added advantage.
