
Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive who can find and convert clients for our IT services and software development projects — through both B2B channels and freelance platforms.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and bringing in new projects that align with our company's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients and partners globally through LinkedIn, email, and networking.
Find and bid on freelance projects through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Clutch, or similar portals.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal technical team to prepare proposals and estimates.
Generate new business leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
Handle end-to-end client acquisition — from outreach to closure and handover to the delivery team.
Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines professionally.
Maintain CRM or project tracking sheets to monitor ongoing leads and conversions.
Stay updated with industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills
Proven experience in business development / sales / bidding for IT services or software development companies.
Strong understanding of web development, mobile apps, digital transformation, and custom software solutions.
Experience with LinkedIn lead generation, Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet monthly targets.
Basic understanding of proposal writing, quotations, and project scoping.
Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Online Bidding.
Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, or Middle East).
Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and lead management tools.
Tech-savvy with basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
