Roles and Responsibilities
Support and manage labelling of SharePoint documents based on content and sensitivity.
Support and manage protection, retention and data loss prevention in SharePoint based on document labels
Prepare a report of all sites in the SharePoint environment including site name, type, URL, Site owner, storage usage, storage quota, last modified date.
Administer and support the Microsoft Teams platform
Configure and manage Teams policies, security settings, and governance.
Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate Teams with other applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Teams functionality and integrations.
Monitor Teams usage and generate reports to guide improvements.
Stay updated with the latest Teams features and updates, implementing changes as needed.
Manage all SharePoint and OneDrive for Business site level conditional access configuration in line with defined policy by the Customer
Configure and maintain site collections, list, web parts, workflow and integrate SharePoint with other MS products.
Management of O365 Users, Groups, Logs, Polices, Reports, Data governance and security settings.
Experience in managing and working with office 365 Groups, OneDrive, Teams, StaffHub, Flow, Forms and other Apps.
L2 level knowledge on Exchange online
Knowledge of SharePoint hosted and provider hosted apps.
Working knowledge of O365 mobile apps (i.e. Outlook, OD4B, Teams, Yammer, etc. apps).
Plan/Implement SharePoint Online search
Configure/Administer SharePoint Online search
User profile service Administration
Configuring Sites
Manage promoted sites
Managed metadata service
Sync Issue
Site creation, Site deletion
Search administration
e-Discovery for SharePoint content
Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID / Major Change Update Notification
DLP and Litigation for users ODFB data
Configure the sync clients on MAC clients
Set retention policies
Restore deleted OneDrive
Vendor Management - Service Tickets
Nice to have knowledge: -
PowerShell scripting.
3rd party tools such ShareGate, AvePoint, Metalogix.
Azure Function app, logic apps
O365 Power automate, Delve, MyAnalytics, OneNote , Planner, Sway, Stream, ToDo, Videos.
Service reporting (Including developing tools for reporting purpose).
SharePoint & O365 roadmap
(1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
