Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled WordPress Developer and Automation Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. The role involves developing, designing, and maintaining WordPress websites, focusing on responsive and user-friendly web design. Responsibilities include back-end and front-end web development, enhancing website performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing industry best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the technical and design aspects meet high-quality standards, and contribute to the automation of key processes to streamline operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for a
skilled WordPress Developer
who can build high-performance, scalable, and conversion-focused websites. You'll work on real business projects, landing pages, and custom WordPress solutions—not basic theme edits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize WordPress websites (themes & plugins)
  • Build fast, SEO-friendly, mobile-optimized websites
  • Convert Figma / UI designs into responsive WordPress pages
  • Integrate third-party tools (CRM, payment gateways, forms, APIs)
  • Optimize website speed, security, and performance
  • Maintain and improve existing WordPress projects
  • Strong knowledge of
    WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience with
    custom themes & plugins
  • Familiarity with
    Elementor / Gutenberg / ACF
  • Understanding of
    website performance & SEO basics
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues independently
  • Experience with WooCommerce
  • Knowledge of hosting, cPanel, server basics
  • Experience with marketing websites or landing pages
