Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for a Sales and Marketing Manager. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include developing and managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, preparing proposals, coordinating with the sales team, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing trends to inform strategic planning. The role entails fostering customer satisfaction, expanding market reach, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and business development skills, including identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and cultivating client relationships.
  • Marketing knowledge and expertise in developing strategies, managing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing market trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Project management experience, organizational skills, and an ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with industries such as Defense, Aerospace, Industrial Automation, or Research Institutions is highly preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other marketing tools is beneficial.
