We are hiring
two
Lead Software Architects
to build next-generation AI-driven Image-Guided Robotic Systems for healthcare. One role will focus on developing end-to-end software architecture for AI platforms, and the other on Robotics platforms. Both roles require deep expertise in software architecture, real-time systems, and regulated medical environments, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and translate complex requirements into scalable, compliant product platforms.

AI - Responsibilities

1.    Design, Deploy & Manage end-to-end software architecture for AI-driven medical application across OS & Hardware platforms. Implementation includes RBAC, data encryption, monitoring, CI/CD pipeline, and version-controlled pipeline management.

2.    Architect edge-AI deployment pipelines ensuring multithreading, concurrency, real-time inference, optimized CPU/GPU/Memory performance, and seamless device integration.

3.    Lead the design and implementation of Cloud & On-premises solution for data management, storage, and secure interoperability with hospital systems (PACS, HIS, EMR).

4.    Establish standards for scalability, reliability, security, and compliance (HIPAA/GDPR/Indian regulations) in medical software.

Robotics - Responsibilities

1.    Design modular software architecture for robotic systems across embedded controllers, real-time systems, middleware & user interface.

2.    Architect real-time, synchronous communication between robots, IR navigation systems, 3D cameras, imaging devices (CT, C-arm), and other sensors.

3.    Design and develop a Qt-based integrated platform enabling high-performance, low-latency communication between subsystems, with well-defined APIs, data exchange protocols (DDS, MQTT, EtherCAT, RTOS), and communication patterns to support multi-robot and distributed setups.

4.    Open-source integrations including ROS2, physics engines (Omniverse, Bullet, MuJoCo), PLUS Toolkit, OpenIGTLink, ITK/VTK.

5.    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide technology decisions, and maintain architectural consistency.
