Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI Engineer / AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, production-grade AI systems. This is a strategic technical leadership role that combines deep expertise in artificial intelligence, cloud-native infrastructure, and modern AI frameworks to architect autonomous, intelligent solutions for real-world business problems.

You will be responsible for creating cutting-edge AI systems that include large language models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, and intelligent automation pipelines. You will guide engineering teams, evaluate emerging technologies, and transform AI research into scalable, high-impact production solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience, architectural vision, and a deep interest in autonomous agents, AI-driven workflows, and innovative applications of generative and symbolic AI.

Key Responsibilities
AI System Design & Architecture :

• Architect modular, scalable AI/ML systems for real-time decision-making, analytics, and automation.
• Design agentic AI architectures including single-agent and multi-agent systems that can autonomously execute complex tasks.
• Build advanced end-to-end AI pipelines - from data ingestion to inference and feedback loops.

AI Model Development & Optimization

• Fine-tune and adapt large language models (LLMs), transformers, and deep learning models for domain-specific use cases.
• Customize and optimize models for performance, latency, and interpretability across diverse real-world scenarios.
• Integrate models with tools and services using APIs, embeddings, and vector databases.

Cloud & Platform Integration

• Lead deployment of AI models on cloud platforms such as :
• AWS SageMaker
• Google Cloud Vertex AI
• Azure Machine Learning
• Utilize containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CDK) for scalable & Tooling :
• Leverage advanced AI frameworks and libraries such as :
• LangChain, AutoGPT, Autogen
• Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs
• PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers
• Build reusable components to accelerate experimentation and & Research Prototyping :
• Evaluate and prototype next-generation AI technologies including :
• Neuro-symbolic AI
• Self-improving agents
• Federated learning, edge AI, reinforcement learning
• Rapidly develop proof-of-concepts to validate emerging ideas and guide future innovation strategy.

System Validation & Ethics

• Ensure models are rigorously tested for :
• Bias mitigation, fairness, and compliance with ethical AI standards
• Security, explainability, and robustness under stress conditions
• Maintain documentation and version control for all deployed AI Collaboration :
• Work closely with product managers, software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with organizational goals.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions and data strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead AI initiatives within the Skills & Qualifications :
• 6+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture and engineering.
• Proven expertise in deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with core AI libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with LLM-based architectures, autonomous agents, and multi-agent frameworks.
• Working knowledge of frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, Autogen, RAG, or similar is a major advantage.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead AI strategy, manage projects, and collaborate across functions.

Nice To Have (Preferred Skills)

• Experience in generative AI, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for embedding-based search and retrieval.
• Background in simulation environments, game theory, or agent-based modeling.
• Exposure to MLOps best practices and tools (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.).
• Knowledge of data privacy laws, AI ethics, or regulatory compliance frameworks.
