Key Competencies

• Creating visually appealing and functional design elements.
• Leading campaign-level visual direction across channels.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Designing for multiple formats including static, animated, and interactive.
• Building scalable visual frameworks for asset production (e.g. modular kits, campaign ecosystems).
• Addressing complex design challenges with strategic solutions.
• Effectiveness of collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Experience

• 4 to 6 years of proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. 3+ years of B2C experience.
• Previous experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
• Proficient in design tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. UI motion design is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
