See And Say is a lean, design-first studio looking for a
Visual Designer
who shares our obsession with detail and clarity. This is not a "make it pretty" role. This is about building brand identities and carrying them seamlessly across formats—social media, digital assets, reels, websites, and beyond.

What You'll Do

  • Design brand-led visuals across digital platforms (social media posts, reels, presentations, websites).
  • Translate brand identity into clear, cohesive systems across multiple formats.
  • Explore creative directions while grounding them in structure, logic, and design principles.
  • Work in a small, high-standard team—taking ownership of tasks with minimal handholding.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting needs while maintaining design integrity.

Who You Are

  • 1–2 years of experience
    in visual/graphic design with a strong grasp of fundamentals.
  • Detail-obsessed—spacing, typography, balance, and visual flow matter deeply to you.
  • Versatile—you can move from a reel thumbnail to a website mock-up without losing cohesion.
  • Thoughtful—you design with intent, not just decoration.
  • Independent yet receptive—you can figure things out, but you're eager to refine through feedback.
  • Aligned with an
    aesthetic that is clean, cohesive, and design-led
    —not flashy or trend-chasing.
