Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Senior Graphic Designer
to lead the design initiatives for our real estate and healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of branding, marketing, and industry-specific visual design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality visuals for real estate brochures, hospital brand identity, campaigns, and digital media.
  • Create compelling layouts for property listings, medical services, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute cohesive visual campaigns.
  • Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Develop brand guidelines and visual strategies for clients in the real estate and healthcare sectors.
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers when needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in real estate or healthcare domains).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout principles.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing assets such as social media creatives, banners, and emailers.
  • Candidates have experience in Real Estate, Healthcare (Hospitals), and F&B industries.
