  6. Design, develop & implement sales strategies organizational goals

Brief description of the role:

Act as a Sales Head to develop & increase the Sales of an organization. Design, develop & implement sales strategies built the competency in team members to achieve sales target.

Responsibility:

The major responsibilities of this role are:

  • Strategy formulation complying Monthly /Quarterly Sales/Marketing Strategies / Plans
  • Setting agenda for Technical Meeting with client
  • Visit to customer place
  • Presentation about Company Product & Services
  • Send the offer to the customers
  • Negotiation with customer
  • Co-ordination / Liaise with customers / clients.
  • Complete all assigned tasks as delegated by Management.
  • Looking for the Sales Opportunities with the existing and new customers to sell products and services
  • Heading Contract Review Meeting.
  • Communicate with customer till delivery
  • Insure & collect receivables as per terms and conditions of quotation or order.

Authority:

This role is authorized to :

Take various decisions related to Planning, Prioritization, Development implantation of Sales Strategies etc.

Also, Authorized to take various decisions related to team members (e.g. Training / Development Plan, Leave Approval etc.)
