Position: Business Development & Marketing Intern

Type: On-site Internship (Full-time)

Location: Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad

Duration: 3 months (with performance-based opportunity for full-time role)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About Indlead

Indlead is a fast-growing company that provides qualified leads to IT companies for website development and digital services. In just 7 months, we have onboarded 35+ clients and are now expanding our team to scale operations and growth.

Role & Responsibilities

As an Intern at Indlead, you will work closely with the core team to gain hands-on experience in business growth, lead generation, and marketing strategies. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Researching and identifying potential clients in the IT and digital services sector.
  • Assisting in outreach via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Supporting the sales team with client communication and presentations.
  • Helping create marketing materials, reports, and campaign analysis.
  • Coordinating with internal teams for project follow-ups and reporting.

Stipend

  • 5,000 INR for the first 3 months.
  • Opportunity for a full-time role with ₹25,000/month fixed salary after successful completion, based on performance.
