Our reputed MNC Client is hiring for Head- FP&A role:

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: General

Work Mode: WFO (5 days)

NOTE: It is a team management role. Looking for candidates having experience handling both International and India region.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Head to join our India finance team to support India operations as well global support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute robust financial planning strategies aligned with overall company goals.
  • Deliver strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making
  • Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring both accuracy and alignment with corporate targets
  • Drive proactive forecasting efforts to anticipate trends and risks
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Present financial findings in clear, compelling formats to senior management
  • Collaborate with various departments to collect data essential for accurate financial reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between FP&A and other business functions to ensure alignment and communication locally and the US teams.
  • Continuously evaluate and streamline FP&A processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
  • Delivering actionable insights to senior management,
  • Enhancing FP&A processes with modern technology tools, Gen AI, automation etc.
  • Working in a collaborative, fast-paced cross-functional environment
  • Business partnering & Stakeholder management
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing FP&A team.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Hold MBA/CA/M.Com, other finance professional degree
  • Possess 12+ years of experience in handling FP&A roles, and Over 5 years in a senior FP&A role with demonstrated leadership track record and team handling.
  • Working knowledge of sophisticated ERP environments WD preferable, not mandatory
  • Strong technical skills on FP&A
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team management
