Role & responsibilities
Responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of outsourced employees and vendor partners, ensuring statutory HR compliance, overseeing POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) policy implementation, and handling employee grievances. This role safeguards both business and employee interests through strong governance, compliance, and employee-centric practices.
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
8 - 12years experience in HR Operations, Statutory compliance, Employee Grievance.
Responsibility:
Outsourced Workforce Management
Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and lifecycle management for contract/outsourced staff via third-party vendors.
Review vendor contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensure timely renewals and compliance with scope.
Monitor performance, attendance, workforce deployment, and engagement metrics.
Facilitate payroll inputs, leave management, exit formalities, and Full & Final settlements.
Statutory Compliance & Audit Readiness
Ensure end-to-end compliance with labor laws, including:
EPF, ECSI, Gratuity, and PT
Minimum Wages & Payment of Wages Acts
Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolition) Act
Shops & Establishment Act
Motor Vehicle Act
Factory Act
Standing order.
Conduct periodic vendor compliance audits and maintain updated documentation.
Liaise with legal, audit, and finance teams for statutory reporting and inspections.
POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Management.
Implement POSH awareness and sensitization programs for employees, contractors, and vendors.
Coordinate Internal Committee (IC/ICC) meetings and investigations with full confidentiality and neutrality.
Maintain records of POSH trainings, complaint logs, resolutions, and annual filings.
- Ensure POSH compliance across all offices and partner locations.
Grievance Management
Serve as a central point of contact for employee grievances, including outsourced workforce.
- Investigate complaints, document findings, and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues fairly and timely.
- Track and analyze grievance trends, generate periodic reports, and suggest preventive interventions.
- Foster a transparent, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 812 years of experience in HR operations, compliance, vendor management, or employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and POSH Act, 2013.
- Prior experience handling third-party manpower vendors and compliance audits.
