JOB BRIEF & PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY :

 You have great communication skills and you are able to win New And able to back former customers support existing customers through excellent Communication skill and service

 Achievement of sales target set by the company and supporting service requests

 Identify and cold call new business opportunities

 Actively maintain the in-house client relationship management Salesforce

 Support sales activity around industry events

 Provide support to and work cooperatively with other members of the sales team to achieve objectives.Accomplishes own tasks in support of team goals and actively offers to help colleagues

 Selling Small scale industry machinery products & services to prospective & existing customers through telephone calls

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

 A strong record in successful B2C sales.

 Sales focused with excellent customer service

 Excellent communication skills (English,Odia and Hindi), spoken and written

 Degree holder or above with minimum 2 years' experience in sales and customer services (for example-MBA etc)

 Possess strong selling techniques

 Highly persuasive, self-motivated, self-confident and customer service oriented
