Role Overview

We're seeking a 
creative, detail-oriented, and product-driven UX/UI Designer
 who will 
own the entire design process
 for our 
web and mobile applications
. This is a 
founding team role
, meaning you'll have 
direct influence
 over the 
product vision, design strategy, and user experience
 from day one.

As an 
early team member
, you'll also receive 
equity-based compensation

What You'll Do

  • Lead the 
    end-to-end design process
     for 
    Petoty's web & mobile apps
  • Create 
    user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Define 
    design systems, style guides, and brand consistency
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and founders
  • Conduct 
    user research & usability testing
     to enhance UX
  • Drive innovative solutions for 
    AI-driven pet care features

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a 
    UX/UI Designer
     
    (startup experience preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating 
    web + mobile app designs
  • Proficiency in 
    Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
  • Understanding of 
    design systems, typography, and responsive layouts
  • Passionate about 
    user-centered design
     and 
    building scalable products
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to 
    own the product journey
  • Bonus: Experience with 
    e-commerce, IoT devices, or AI-powered apps
