Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Gurugram. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks such as maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing audits, processing invoices, handling tax filings, and providing general support to clients. Collaboration with other departments and providing timely and accurate financial information will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
  • Experience with financial statement preparation and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in auditing processes and practices
  • Taxation expertise, including direct and indirect taxes
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CA or CPA) is a plus
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
