We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 1–2 years of experience in accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
GST filing, PF/ESI compliance, TDS
, and day-to-day bookkeeping. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.
  • Prepare and file
    GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
    and ensure timely submission.
  • Handle
    PF, ESI, and TDS
    related calculations and filings.
  • Maintain
    purchase, sales, and expense ledgers
    with accuracy.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts.
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist during internal/external audits.
  • Prepare supporting documents for tax and compliance purposes.
  • Manage petty cash, vendor payments, and staff reimbursements.
  • Support senior finance team in other accounting and compliance activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience
    (experience in GST & PF filing mandatory).
  • Proficiency in
    Tally ERP, MS Excel
    , and other accounting tools.
  • Sound understanding of
    basic accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliances.
  • Ability to work accurately under deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling
    PF, ESI, and GST compliance independently.
  • Knowledge of TDS filing and reconciliation.
  • Exposure to monthly closing and MIS reporting
    will be an advantage.
