Industry: After-Sales Service for Overhead EOT Cranes

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technician /Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Preferably from maintenance and servicing of Overhead EOT Cranes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining cranes to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role requires to visit client sites for on-site maintenance and service support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of overhead EOT cranes.

  2. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, ensuring minimal downtime.

  3. Conduct inspections and testing for safety compliance and operational efficiency.

  4. Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.

  5. Assist customers in resolving on-site crane-related issues.

  6. Adhere to safety protocols and company standards during servicing.

  7. Support customer & company by travelling across the assigned Region for on-site support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

  2. 2+ years of experience in servicing and maintaining overhead EOT cranes.

  3. Strong knowledge of crane mechanisms, motors, gearboxes, and control systems.

  4. Hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting (VFDs, panels, sensors, etc.).

  5. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

  6. Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

  7. Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

  8. Willingness to travel across assigned Region for on-site maintenance and support.
