Job Role: Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to join our design team at Modula. The ideal candidate will support the senior architects in all phases of the design process, from concept development to construction documentation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing architectural concepts, presentations, and design layouts.
  • Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams for design inputs and technical requirements.
  • Support preparation of construction and working drawings, BOQs, and design documentation.
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections under supervision.
  • Stay updated with building codes, materials, and design trends.
  • Ensure timely submission of deliverables and maintain project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in architectural design or internships.
  • Experience in Modular industry is MANDATORY.
  • Proficiency in design and drafting software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop (knowledge of Lumion/D5 or Enscape is a plus).
  • Strong design sense, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio demonstrating academic and/or professional work.
