Company Overview:

Our client is seeking talented Junior Architects to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you'll play a key role in planning and preparing approval drawings for residential and commercial projects. You'll work closely with senior architects and other team members to deliver high-quality designs and meet project deadlines.

Job Description:

Architect (0 to 2 years of experience)

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare approval drawings for residential and commercial projects

  • Assist in developing design concepts and schemes

  • Collaborate with senior architects to ensure design quality and consistency

  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements

  • Assist in preparing and submitting permit applications

- Requirements:

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a similar role

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field

  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and practices

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Midlevel Architect (4 years of experience)

- Key Responsibilities
:

  • Lead the preparation of approval drawings for residential and commercial projects

  • Develop design concepts and schemes, and present to clients and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with senior architects to ensure design quality and consistency

  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and preferences

  • Prepare and submit permit applications, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on design and documentation

- Requirements:

  • 0 to 4 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a similar role

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field

  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and practices

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience
