Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located Mumbai,Raipur,Guwhati Area Salon Manager. The responsibilities include managing daily operations across multiple salon centers, supervising staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and overseeing adherence to company guidelines and standards. The role also involves recruiting and training both administrative and service personnel, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in areas related to Cosmetology and Hair Care
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and staff
  • Experience in Hiring and leading teams in a wellness or salon environment
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and management capabilities
  • Knowledge of current beauty and wellness industry trends and practices
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and ensure operational efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in beauty, wellness, or a related field is preferred
