We are seeking a strategic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the go-to-market strategy, driving product adoption, and positioning our solutions in a competitive market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer success, and creative, to ensure our products are effectively communicated and aligned with market demands.
What You'll Do:- Market analysis and positioning: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to refine product positioning and messaging.
- Go-to-market planning: Lead product launch plans, working cross-functionally to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Sales enablement: Partner with sales teams to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and training materials that articulate the value of the product.
- Customer personas and insights: Develop detailed customer personas, identifying their needs and pain points to create targeted messaging.
- Content development: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blog posts, case studies, webinars, and white papers, to support marketing and lead generation efforts.
- Performance tracking and reporting: Analyze marketing campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and report key insights to stakeholders.
We highly value your skills and work ethic over the number of years of experience. However, this role typically requires at least 4 years of experience in product marketing or a related product focused field.
You have a strong cross-functional influence in a similar organization.
You are comfortable analyzing quantitative and qualitative data sets.
You are excellent at conducting market research.
You quickly turn research and analysis into an actionable plan you can test.
