Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted headhunting to attract high-performing candidates from competitor companies and relevant industries.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates through market research, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Map competitor organizations to identify potential candidates for critical roles.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with industry professionals to create a steady source of referrals.
- Conduct discreet and confidential sourcing while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent gaps and future workforce requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for headhunted profiles, from sourcing to offer closure.
- Keep updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in headhunting or competitor talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, industry forums, etc.).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates from competitor organizations.
Preferred Industry Experience:
- IT, Digital Marketing, Telecom, E-commerce, or B2B Sales sectors.
