- Meeting with hiring managers to define the requirements for vacant positions.
- Researching updated sourcing techniques.
- Searching resume databases and portfolio sites.
- Scheduling Interviews
- Posting advertisements on job sites and on social media.
- Contacting industry professionals to ask for referrals.
- Preparing and presenting time-to-hire reports for managerial staff.
- **Requirements**_
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a similar field.
- 2-3 Years’ experience as a head-hunter.
- Experience with social media and online advertising.
- Charismatic and professional demeanour.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with report writing and data analytics

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
