Establish and oversee milestones, deliverables, and timelines to drive project success. Plan and track budgets, ensuring alignment with milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate daily with cross-functional stakeholders—including program manager, product management, systems engineering, mechanical, software, and hardware teams—to advance image-guided navigation and meet targets. Assess and address project risks related to budget, timelines and deliverables, and partner with the program manager and lead system designer for mitigation. What
We're Looking ForExperience:3 years in project management with experience in planning, tracking, and delivering complex projects. Technical Expertise:Basic understanding of the technical aspects of medical devices. Familiarity with project management tools like MS Azure, ClickUp, and Asana.
Knowledge of medical device product lifecycles. Regulatory Knowledge:A basic understanding of ISO 13485, Indian Medical Device Rules (MDR 2017), and other medical device standards is an advantage. Educational Background:Master's, or Bachelor's with equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
