Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager (Traditional Sales) to lead the growth of our innovative product/service – Digital Temples. The ideal candidate will focus on traditional/offline sales channels, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive traditional/offline sales for Digital Temples.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through field sales.
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory).
- 2–5 years of proven experience in traditional/offline sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
- Previous experience in promoting products/services in FMCG, Retail, or similar industries is preferred.
