Tele Calling Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Make professional outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead sources.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate, engaging project information.
- Understand customer requirements regarding location, budget, and property type.
- Build rapport, handle objections, and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits with the field sales team.
- Ensure timely follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track visit outcomes and lead progress.
- Update and maintain CRM with call logs, lead status, and customer feedback.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to monthly sales goals.
- Share customer insights and market feedback with sales and marketing managers.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasive, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable making high-volume calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools or Excel.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Real estate calling experience highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Understanding of real estate market trends is an added advantage.
