Job Title: Commi 1 – Continental Cuisine

Location: Sector 17, Chandigarh & Sector 66, Mohali

Experience Required: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes such as pasta, grills, soups, sauces, salads, and baked items.
  • Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards as per recipes and guidelines.
  • Assist the CDP / Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Ensure proper hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
  • Monitor stock, handle ingredients carefully, and practice FIFO (First In, First Out) in storage.
  • Support in menu planning, specials, and new recipe development.
  • Handle rush hours efficiently while ensuring timely service.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in continental cuisine in hotels, restaurants, or fine dining setups.
  • Strong knowledge of sauces, salads, grills, pastas, and modern plating techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and team spirit.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to operational needs.
