Role DescriptionTo implement and lead Group's strategic and operational quality and compliance program together and towards our external partners and suppliers. The role involves strategic planning, supplier management, risk assessment, and fostering collaboration across various stakeholders to achieve the organization's overall targets with Supply chain objectives in focusAccountabilityLead Supplier quality development with focus on supplier performance, product development as well as quality improvement on existing assortment

Supplier Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) fulfiment towards legal as well as Group requirements (ESG)Assess and mitigate risks within your area of responsibility

Key Activities

  • To develop an industry leading Supplier quality function with focus on group profitability
  • Lead and execute Supplier approval process including Supplier audits
  • Develop, set and work towards defined quality performance targets
  • Maintain and develop Supplier relations
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and take lead within quality related topics
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as countries and business units to strengthen group Supply chain quality development
  • Encourage and identify opportunities quality improvement initiatives throughout the group for continuous improvements, within quality and compliance area, and support implementation
  • Collaborate, take part or lead various project/activities representing Supply Chain
  • Maintain and develop supplier quality documentation
  • Assessing and mitigating risks related to suppliers quality- and compliance performance and implementing contingency plans
  • Implement, lead and maintain value chain process
  • Superuser for quality related software for Supply chain

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering within relevant subject area or equal
  • Minimum 6 year proven experience within relevant subject areas
  • High technical knowledge and understanding
  • Good written and oral presentation skills in English
