Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations (correspondence, scheduling, visitor handling)
  • Manage records and documentation (filing, archiving)
  • Maintain supplies/inventory; coordinate with vendors
  • Support HR & Finance (onboarding, invoices, petty cash)
  • Ensure facility upkeep, safety & compliance
  • Prepare reports & suggest admin process improvements

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficient with MS Office / basic accounting
  • High integrity, confidentiality, proactive attitude

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (BBA / MBA In HR)
  • Experience: 1-2 years in admin or service sector

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
