Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations (correspondence, scheduling, visitor handling)
- Manage records and documentation (filing, archiving)
- Maintain supplies/inventory; coordinate with vendors
- Support HR & Finance (onboarding, invoices, petty cash)
- Ensure facility upkeep, safety & compliance
- Prepare reports & suggest admin process improvements
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills
- Proficient with MS Office / basic accounting
- High integrity, confidentiality, proactive attitude
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (BBA / MBA In HR)
- Experience: 1-2 years in admin or service sector
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
