Job Role & Responsibilities



Role:  Process and fixture design approval for 3 wh, 4wh, chassis & suspension group



Responsibilities:

Vertical Responsibilities: Coordination of development for CV BIW- Chassis & Suspension group

Horizontal Responsibilities:

Process design, DFM study and resolution with R&D, Fixtures Design Approval Prints (Design approvals) for CV BIW, Chassis & suspension components

Competency Requirements



Technical/ Functional:

Knowledge of drawing study for CV Chassis, BIW, Steering column & forks, designing of manufacturing process for CV Chassis, BIW, Steering column & forks, MIG welding, Spot welding, fixture DAP approvals



Behavioral

Confident, Young, dynamic, intelligent, and good team player. Good communication skills for technical DFM resolution with R&D counter parts & Development monitoring with concern part and tooling vendors.



Specific expertise required for functional area:

Drawing study and process design, fixture concept and design approval- CV Chassis, BIW & suspension components.
