Procurement Operations Analyst - Buyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Analyst - Buyer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, source to pay, and purchase management. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing all Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) throughout the PR/PO lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage all Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) throughout the PR/PO lifecycle.
  • Review and approve Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for the location of Chennai.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Analyze and resolve procurement-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities and transactions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in procurement, source to pay, and purchase management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
