Record Keeping:

Maintaining detailed and organized records of data entry and telecalling activities.

Data Verification:

Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data before entering it into the system.

Customer Interaction:

Handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and providing information as needed.

Documentation:

Preparing and maintaining documentation related to data entry and telecalling tasks.

Follow-up Calls:

Conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather additional information.

Reporting:

Generating and submitting reports on data entry and telecalling activities to supervisors.

Database Management:

Updating and maintaining customer databases and ensuring data integrity.

Support Functions:

Assisting other departments with data-related tasks and telecalling support.

Feedback Collection:

Collecting feedback from customers during calls and reporting insights to the management.
