Soho Software Solution is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator cum Telecaller to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual who is adept at handling data entry tasks while also being confident and articulate on the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry Tasks**:

- Accurately enter and update data in company databases and software.
- Maintain and manage electronic records and files.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, and make corrections where necessary.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data security.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
- **Telecalling Duties**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and resolve issues.
- Follow up with potential leads to convert them into clients.
- Maintain a customer database and update information regularly.
- Record all interactions and calls in the CRM system.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in any field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in data entry and telecalling is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Insert Language(s)].
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and discrepancies.
- **Time Management**:

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
