Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Manage sales pipelines using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track progress and forecast future growth.
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and successful delivery of services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.

  • Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to support lead generation efforts.
