Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Noida. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and work proactively to identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing accounts, handling client communications, preparing financial reports, ensuring accuracy in billing and account statements, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Account management skills, including handling and maintaining client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in financial reporting, preparing account statements, and billing management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Prior experience in account management or a related role is an advantage
