We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing brand awareness, and developing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. This role will focus on promoting our hotel and resto bar services to potential clients, building strong relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales:

  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

  4. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

  5. Prepare and present sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.

  6. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

  7. Marketing:

  8. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hotel and resto bar services.

  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, events, etc.).

  10. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  11. Manage and maintain the hotel's social media presence and online reputation.

  12. Organize events and promotions to attract new customers and increase brand visibility.

  13. Customer Relationship Management:

  14. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.

  15. Gather feedback from customers to improve services and tailor marketing efforts.

  16. Develop loyalty programs and retention strategies to retain existing customers.

  17. Reporting and Analysis:

  18. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

  19. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these areas.

  20. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing team to inform future strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field or Diploma or Degree in hotel management.

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
