We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented finance executive who will be responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal controls, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of accounting principles.

What You'll Do…
  • Maintain financial records: Vendor/Sale invoices, GL entries – prepaid, provisions, FAR, payments and tracking of payments.
  • Maintain Financial Accuracy: Record & document transactions with precision, ensuring reliable financial data, bank payments, preparation of PO, etc.
  • Support Reporting: Assist in preparing Monthly Management Reports, invoices, budgets and other internal reports.
  • Ensure Compliance: Monitor statutory requirements (TDS, GST, PF, PT, etc.) and adherence to internal controls.
  • Scrutinize & Analyze: Review accounts, support payable/receivable functions, and manage general ledger activities.
What You'll Need…
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a finance/accounting role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exposure to advance tax calculations, secretarial compliance and basic understanding of transfer pricing will be an added advantage.
