International Customer Support Representative (US Process)

Location: Sector 19, Gurgaon (On-site)

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

About the Role

We are hiring an International Customer Support Representative to handle customer queries from US-based clients through phone, chat, and email. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, experience working with global customers, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via calls, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account inquiries
  • Document interactions and maintain customer records using CRM tools
  • Resolve issues independently or escalate to internal teams when required
  • Meet performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction
  • Follow communication and quality standards aligned with US clients

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones
  • Experience with ticketing or CRM platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
