- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce Hands on technical experience in LWC, AURA, APEX Hands on experience in Integrations using REST / SOAP / Bulk API etc. Should be proficient in Salesforce lightning platform and community At least 2 end to end hands-on project experience in configuring and customizing solutions using Salesforce Field Service (Field Service Lightning). Should be proficient in Service cloud Proven experience of diagnosing issues from error codes, logging, de-bugging in process builder, workflows, apex, objects, FLS, etc., conducting root cause analysis Collaborate with the Development team to propose design or code improvements to address recurring incidents and service requests Utilize support processes, adhere to service level objectives, create and update knowledge articles and propose process improvements If required, coordinate across multiple support teams for web site, system integrations, data quality, if the incident relates to non-salesforce components certification (Developer Certification, Advance Developer Certification, Development Lifecycle, and Deployment Designer) is a plus.
