Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate employment or those with a notice period of 15-30 days. Please note that accommodation is not provided for these roles. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role handling a cluster or properties.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-departmental operations and achieving financial and service excellence.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
