- Proven experience as a personal or executive secretary
- Proficient in MS Office and related software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach
- Familiarity with office management and procedures
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
