We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager (Civil) to lead and oversee large-scale engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring years of proven expertise in project execution, stakeholder management, and team leadership within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of civil engineering and construction projects.
  • Ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Oversee planning, design review, procurement, and site execution.
  • Drive coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead large teams, mentor engineers, and ensure safety and compliance on-site.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • 20- 25 years of experience in engineering & construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and industry practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Immediate availability to join will be an added advantage.
