  • Manpower Planning as per Budget
  • Talent Acquisition process & Recruitment approval
  • Candidate search thru advertisement & head hunting
  • Employee engagement, Induction & joining formalities
  • Periodic communication of HR policies to all employees
  • Employees grievance handling and counselling
  • Motivation, Training & Development / Disciplinary proceedings / Termination & Exit interview.

Industrial Relation & Statutory Compliance

  • Harmonious Industrial Relation in Establishment & Statutory reports to government authorities as per Law
  • Maintaining Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, PF Act, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, Workmen compensation act and other statutory Law
  • Ensuring statutory compliances from Contractors also

Salary Administration :

  • Payroll preparation as per attendance & wage structure
    • PF, Loan, Advance and other statutory recoveries ,

Preferred candidate profile

  • Coordination with legal consultant for Court Cases etc
  • Contract Labour for housekeeping, canteen, pollution free electricity & water supply, general office administration etc
  • Monitoring housekeeping of Office premises / Guest House / Leased accommodation / employees Medical check up / transport arrangement for employees / Monitoring hygienic ness & Eatables in canteen
  • Ensuring Security of Men/Material/Premises, Vigilance of unwanted employees etc
